Write with questions, problems or ideas. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if something isn’t working.
Turn on Duoboard
Open Settings, then go to General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Duoboard. In any app, touch and hold the globe key and choose Duoboard.
Switch modes
On the iPhone Duo’s open display, use the Half, Dual and Full control in the keyboard’s top row. In Half, tap “Move keyboard here” on the other half to switch sides. On the outer screen or another iPhone, Duoboard is a single keyboard.
Haptics or learned words aren’t working
Haptics, learned words, clipboard history and snippets need Full Access. Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Duoboard and turn on Allow Full Access. It’s optional, and what you type still never leaves your iPhone.
Move the cursor
Hold the space bar still for a moment, then slide sideways.
Undo an autocorrection
Press backspace right after the correction, or tap what you typed (shown in quotes) in the suggestions strip.
Languages
Duoboard supports English (US).
